Topaz Rhinestone Blossom Multi Stationed Double Chain Fashion Belt

Looking for feedback regarding this great piece that appears here as a belt. Back in the 1950s some of these fashion belts also served as necklaces for the very bold to wear.
Later I'll post the pic where I have the dress form draped with it as a necklace.
